Liposomes composed of a bilayer-forming phospholipid and mPEG-DSPE with/without cholesterol and prepared by the extrusion method. This series of plain liposomes is prepared by hydration in sucrose solution and contains NO drug loading battery. All products are sterile filtered and filled in autoclaved vials.
