Lipid Nanoparticles (mRNA LNPs)

To effectively function in vivo, nucleic acids (mRNA, siRNA, DNA etc.) require safe, efficient, and stable delivery systems that protect the nucleic acid from degradation and that allow effective cellular uptake and mRNA release. Lipid nanoparticles have proven to be an effective solution for nucleic acid delivery, particularly for lipid nanoparticle-mRNA vaccines, which are now being used in clinical trials for COVID-19. To support your research and product development needs, we have recently added the ability to create lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) using microfluidic technology for mRNA/siRNA delivery. We have served numerous satisfied customers and can produce LNPs with any commercially available cationic and ionizable lipids. Our LNPs feature small particle sizes (80-120nm) and high mRNA encapsulation efficiency (80-95%). Simply provide us with the mRNA/siRNA, and we will deliver the ready-to-use LNPs.
