Is My Online Store's Checkout Secure?                                                      

Our online store is currently using the website carrier's shared SSL certificate to protect the personal and payment details of customers when they buy through our online store. When a customer proceeds to checkout in our store, they are redirected to the secure check out site. We do not see or store your private information.

Payment Terms                                                                                               

FormuMax accepts credit cards, wire transfer, paypal and purchase order from confirmed business organizations. Please provide complete business information when ordering. 

US and Canada orders: 30 day net for order less than $2000, 50% down and balance 30 net for > $2000 orders

Credit References Requested

Note: your payment term will be changed to "cash in advance" if you do not pay in time for your previous orders. 

International orders: Cash in advance

Note: international orders are limited to $2499 per shipment. 

Customer is responsible for shipping/package/insurance, applicable bank fees and custom charges

Shipping                                                                                                               

We ship to most countries. However, international buyers are advised to inquire first. Note that there maybe restrictions and/or additional charges on some products and/or for some countries and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Customers are responsible for any custom fees. 

Order is usually shipped the next day if in stock. No shipment on Friday. International shipment is on Monday and Tuesday only. Free shipping applies to order of $1000 or more (US only) with 2nd day FedEx delivery.

Standard overnight          3:00pm next day

Internaltional shipping time:  Delivery time depends on the destination country, typically 3-5 days. Customer be aware that delay could occur at the custom of customers country. 

Replacement Policy

We will send you a replacement product/vial(s), if the product(s) do not meet the specifications or an incorrect product was shipped. Customer must inform us within 30 days of delivery.

We also guarantee our preformed R&D liposomes (unopened vials properly stored at recommended conditions) free from bacteria growth for 60 days from date of delivery. Replacement vial(s) of the same product will be provided free of charge, if this happens. Customer must inform us within 7 days after the expiration of the product.
