Lipid composition: phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidyglycerol and cholesterol

Internal/External solution: phosphate buffered saline (20mM sodium phosphate, 09wt% NaCl), pH 7.0 - 7.5

Usage: warm to room temperature and mix well before use.
